Borz construction

I interviewed several Contractors before deciding on Borz Construction for my house renovation. The primary reason was Arian as from the moment we discussed my vision he understood better than the others what I was trying tom accomplish. That combined with his easy going personality my wife and I were confident this was the right man to lead the project. I was not disappointed, throughout every stage Arian kept me informed and as with all projects unplanned scenarios when we removed the retaining wall was overcome with amazing results. I am overwhelmed with the finish project and it exceeded my expectations. I've already recommended Arian for my brothers renovation and will keep him at top of list for any future [projects I may have. I would highly recommend Arian and Borz construction to anyone who reads this review. At the very least include him in your estimate as you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I've attached many photos as pictures tell a thousand words. Thank you very much Arian, I am truly grateful for the work you achieved and the professionalism you exhibited. The project was completed on time and within budget.

Arian and his crew completed our basement, which we had partially finished 12 years ago (walls & floors) when we gutted our 120 year old 3 story house.
He gave great advice and ideas and we closed up the (uneven) ceiling, built & installed a 3 piece bathroom, installed HUGE storage shelves and created a terrific TV room/exercise area. Also installed a dog wash area in the workshop and created a space with VERY uneven floors, ceilings and walls!They also closed up my large telecommunications panel under the stairs with movable walls and a door.
His sub trades were all excellent, friendly and skilled. And the post-job cleanup was brilliant!
They will be back soon to install new tile, heated floor and whirlpool tub in our master bathroom as well as a privacy screen on our front porch.
We have worked with lots of contractors on three renovations and this was easily the best. I would recommend Borz to anyone! Thanks guys!!

Recently had our basement completely gutted and renovated by Borz and they delivered from beginning to end. From planning to the finished product, Arian and his team exceeded our expectations. Arian’s communication throughout the project was excellent and we always knew what was happening and how things were coming along. He was very responsive to all of our questions and ideas and was very accommodating as well. He was very transparent during the process and there were no surprises or unexpected issues. The project was completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to full satisfaction. We are impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of work. We can’t wait to work with Borz again on our next project.

Arian and his team remodeled my basement. Lots of great ideas and suggestions recieved along the progress. The basement looks superb and was completed on time and as agreed. Definitely recommend.

The best choice we've made in 2020 is to hire borz construction! Not only they did an amazing job and give us recommendations on how to finish our basement, they are also easy to communicate and work with . We had no issues what so ever. We are also planing on on redoing our deck next year, so we have already booked Arian and his team. Thx again!!
