I used Homestars to gather quotes rather than rely on website reviews. Of the 3 companies who replied to my request, Golden Tiger was the only one that gave me a written quote. Thinu was very friendly and always respectful. He gave me advance notice when he would be working and let me know if there were going to be any weather related delays. The job took a few day and he even came back when I asked for an additional adjustment. Most contractors are very busy these days but Thinu and his team gave my pool encolsure their full attention and they followed the city bylaws to the letter. I plan to hire them again for my future projects.

Thinu arrived mid morning and got to sanding the 420 ft deck. After a thorough cleaning he proceeded to painting with paint provided by owner.
When he finished, I asked if he could sand and stain the 12 stairs linking deck to backyard. Thinu agreed to it and again did a fantastic job.
Thinu is good at what he does, pays attention to details and is a very pleasant person to deal with. Highly recommendable.
