Five appliances (two washer-dryer pairs plus a chest freezer) were ordered in June 2022 and installed the following month. The installation company used by Appliance Studio at an extra charge of $531 (including tax) provided very poor service. Despite the advanced age of the customer and extreme vulnerability to potential corona virus exposure of another elderly member of his household, the two installers refused to wear any masks (including the surgical ones offered) or to disconnect one of the five old appliances because it required the use of pliers (forcing the customer to instead do so in their presence) or to level and align the washers and dryers. Consequently, at the customer's request, the manufacturer subsequently sent a masked technician to level and align the washers and dryers at no additional charge. GSB

I was referred to Appliance Studio by my dad (a business owner who expects nothing but AAA service) who told me "you'll shop around but I don't doubt that they'll go above and beyond"... he wasn't kidding.

Taking on a full reno is daunting, but I did my homework and priced items to stay on budget. I planned on buying during Boxing week but wasn't expecting to save hundreds more by going to an independent.

When I walked into Appliance Studio, I met the owner, his son, John the GM and Tom my sales consultant. They were super welcoming and helpful, despite the number of other customers at the store. Not only did they put my mind at ease, but I got expert advice, amazing service, and additional discounts on top of their Boxing week prices!! That week, every big box and independent was price matching, but no other store could do better.

This place treats their customers like family. They were flexible with delivery dates due to the timing of construction which wasn't due to start for another month. They truly value their customers! I would recommend them every time!
