Art Drywall and Painting

My kitchen ceiling was a disaster after plumbing work in the bathroom upstairs. I called Artan who came over the same day and provided a reasonable estimate for drywall replacement and painting. He offered to come on the weekend to accommodate my schedule. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. He was courteous and professional in explaining the steps involved. I'm happy to recommend him.

The company walked away from job after 1st half day of work after realizing they underestimated the effort to complete the project. They told me they budgeted 7 days, but actually need more like 9-10 days. They were concerned that if they continued work on my job, that it would have a ripple effect on other customers so it was simpler to cut their losses. I even volunteered to help them hang the drywall myself to help with the manual labour as they only came with 2 people, but they refused with no explanation. I discussed options about doing the majority of the work during the 7 days period and finishing the last coat of mudding/painting later on, but the answer was the schedule has no flexibility and that it wasn't an option unless I wanted to wait a month+ when they had their next opening.

My assessment of the company is that they are poorly managed, overbooked and have zero flexibility in their schedule. For me, it was their unwillingness to even talk about options on how they might solve the problem that was very surprising. Their quality might be okay (I didn't see any end product), but if want somebody who is reliable I wouldn't recommend this company.

Came ahead to discuss what i needed done and assess the job, provide a quote. Reliable and punctual. Very friendly and positive disposition. Work was immaculate and very pleased. Would drf recommend!

Very happy with the work Art and Tony did with painting our 3 bedrooms, hallways and doors. Art and Tony were friendly and professional and completed the job in two days. There were a few areas that were missed that needed drywall patching/smoothing that I had touched up after they departed but happy with the services overall.

We'd ripped out the water-damaged ceiling of a tenant's bedroom, and brought in Art Drywall and Painting to rebuild the ceiling and repaint the whole room. Artan and Tony did a fantastic job, including shoring up some skewed and warped supports to ensure the new ceiling would be level and patching up some rough spots in the existing walls and window casings to produce a beautiful clean and new-looking bedroom. There was a minor issue that we noticed after they finished - and after we'd paid in full - but they quite readily came back and made it right.

They obviously take pride in their work, and it shows in the result.

I had a very bad water damage on my ceilings on the lower level of my townhouse.so i called this guys to give me an estimate they came by got the measurements and explained to me the process and I can tell their price was reasonable.I highly recommend them for professional services too thank you guys
