We'd ripped out the water-damaged ceiling of a tenant's bedroom, and brought in Art Drywall and Painting to rebuild the ceiling and repaint the whole room. Artan and Tony did a fantastic job, including shoring up some skewed and warped supports to ensure the new ceiling would be level and patching up some rough spots in the existing walls and window casings to produce a beautiful clean and new-looking bedroom. There was a minor issue that we noticed after they finished - and after we'd paid in full - but they quite readily came back and made it right. They obviously take pride in their work, and it shows in the result.

Scott from Kovar Contracting came in to top up the insulation in the attic of our older rental building, and installed some baffles to help with airflow. He and his colleague were professional and knew their stuff, and they worked quickly and efficiently. He also identified a possible issue (partially boarded-up soffits) along with a strategy to monitor and ensure that it doesn't cause problems. Thanks again for helping us get this sorted out!

Christian and Pjeter were kind enough to come by and take some samples from our property for ACM testing. Pleasant professionals, reasonable price, good turn-around for results, no complaints! As an additional plus, the test results were negative for asbestos - but I don't think that's guaranteed.
