After creating the service request Peter called me promptly, I described the issue of our toilet never beeing properly secured since the house was built back in 1995. We didnt think the builder properly installed it. It took us a while to finally want to address it. Peter gave us an estimate and his availbility options which we accepted.

Peters team came onsite as scheduled, and after investigating the work turned out to be bigger than expected as there were structural issues they needed to address since there wasnt enough surface to secure it to.

I am all for doing things properly without any band-aid solutions, Peter and team ended up repairing what the initial builders messed up in a proper manner we are happy with. What we thought was going to be a quick 1 hr job ended up being ~6 hours and the team did not charge much over the original estimate, to which we offered a little more.

I am happy with the services provided by Peter and his team at Andricon and I will be using them for future projects.

Very well done job. They have to change the main water valve of the house and the job was very well done. Great communication with Peter, he keep me posted all time about what time are they coming and after at home he explained me what they will do. Very professional, totally recommended

I wanted to get my water supply connected to my fridge for filtered water, but I wasn’t sure if the tube/pipe was connected yet. Peter and Vito from Andricon came between jobs since they were in the area on the same day of my request to come take a look at it: turns out it was already connected and just needed a professional eye and have it turned on. They were extremely knowledgeable and honest, helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and find them for next projects that may require plumbing.

I have corresponded with Jonathan -- of Andricon Plumbing and Heating LTD -- via e-mail regarding a complicated installation of shower heads. I found him to be prompt, professional, forthcoming, and generous with his expert advice and suggestions. I would add that he has excellent communication skills. He addressed all my questions carefully and succinctly, often including pictures to ensure that I understood what he meant. Based on what I have discussed with him, I intend to hire him to complete the project.

I needed a bathroom sink and faucet replaced and shut off valves installed. Jonathon contacted me very quickly. He was very responsive when I had questions. He was able to come in a couple of days. When he arrived he followed Covid protocols. The job was done quickly and with no issues. The area was left clean. Jonathon was very personable. We highly recommend Jonathan. For a flat fee, he investigated a septic gas leak in our bathroom through a process of elimination, without setting a time limit. He was very thorough and did not hesitate to crawl in the attic to check our venting system. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to us in details.

It started with a hard-to-close faucet in the basement shower. Thought this was a simple DIY, until the shower handle would not come off. Ended up stripping the retaining screw, hack-sawing off the handle and still could not get it off. Enter Jonathan. He came in the same day for a look-see, gave me a good picture of what the situation could be, best case/worst case, and a quote. Turned out to be a horribly corroded handle which took three blades on a reciprocating saw and a huge effort to remove, but Jonathan did it carefully, and finally it came off, with no damage to the tile work or the valve. He fitted the new trim, cleaned up very well, fitted a couple of ball valves to allow the shower to be isolated, and left me with a re-caulked shower, a refitted spout and a one-year warranty. Most pleasant to deal with, very professional and I would recommend him and re-hire without any hesitation at all.

I received a call from Jonathan and he was able to come today to have it fixed. He arrived on time, explained what was the issue, suggested the work to be done and started working right away. The price was perfect for our budget.

Jonathan and his team installed a combination water heater, dishwasher, and replaced the washer/dryer valves. Jonathan was extremely patient in answering all of our questions and explaining the options available to us. He and his team showed up on time and did a great job. While doing their work, they also astutely noticed that our kitchen sink basket strainer also needed replacement and they offered to do the work while they were here.

Jonathan and his team were utmost professionals and his prices were fair and transparent. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
