Very friendly service and highly responsive. The team was very courteous and took the time to keep everything clean, show before and after photos, and made recommendations. All the ducts were cleaned very well. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical failure but this did not hamper them. The job was completed without undue delay. They had a great desire to do a great job!
