The company I work for subs out to RBS and they has always had positive results, so I decided to call out the team to my house. I understand why now, as Tony and the team are outstanding! They were on time, very courteous, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this RBS.

I have had so many telephone calls from various duct cleaning companies, but when it came time to have our ducts cleaned, I didn't know who to use.

I decided to ask the property manager of a very well-run, well-maintained condominium building whom he would recommend. The property manager highly recommended Tony from RBS.

Tony and Brian did a superb job. They were punctual, polite, extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and careful. After cleaning all the ducts, they stayed on and cleaned our very dusty furnace room for us, and even brought some new filters for our furnace, which I had requested as I wasn't sure which filters to use.

Ours is a century old home, and Tony and Brian, were fine with that.
I highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations.

Tony and Brian of RBS maintained friendly but professional contact throughout the booking process and on arrival day. The cleaning was completed efficiently and with minimal difficulty. I cleared space around all the vents and furnace, as requested. If I missed one, they created the space themselves without interruption to me. All in all, very pleased and would recommend.

Very friendly service and highly responsive. The team was very courteous and took the time to keep everything clean, show before and after photos, and made recommendations. All the ducts were cleaned very well. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical failure but this did not hamper them. The job was completed without undue delay. They had a great desire to do a great job! Thank you to the team.

Tony and Brian were recommended to me by a neighbour. I am embarrassed to say that I used to think that duct cleaning was an overblown service. The before and after pics said it all! I also appreciated the extra time that Tony took to educate me afterwards regarding my furnace filter issue and dampers and how they work.

My son just bought a house and after seeing my results will be hiring Tony before he moves in.
