This team is good!!! We recently got our basement finished with a bathroom by the Level Up Group. We choose to have them come for an estimate based on their positive reviews. We appreciated that Michael (the owner) and the project supervisor, Avtar, came personally to our home to assess the work, answer our questions and discuss the potential project. After estimates from several companies, we decided to go with Level Up, and were glad we did. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but they provided a reasonable breakdown of costs. Michael and his team are well organized in that they provided a comprehensive schedule of when each trade was expected to their part of the work. It was obvious that all the trades took pride in producing good quality work. Ashley, their designer, was helpful in choosing materials and fixtures. Michael and Avtar are very approachable and easy to deal with. They are responsive and do their best to accommodate the clients needs and issues. After hearing about bad experiences with other contractors, we appreciated that with Level Up we didn't have to chase after anyone or deal with long delays. As with any project, glitches happen, but Avtar, Michael and their team promptly addressed the issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with the process, the team, and the end result! The most reassuring part was that when the city inspector came to inspect the work, he commented that they did a good job--that meant a lot coming from someone who has seen all kinds of jobs.
