Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Grandin

Two issues:
The windows were 5 weeks late with no follow-up call, I had to call.
The digital locks were not checked after install and as a result did not properly work. I spent several hours on the phone with the manufacturer and ended up fixing the issue myself, because it was the weekend.
Alartco offers no service on the weekend, which turned out to be an issue for me (see above why). They did however follow-up on Monday.
I would recommend them and use them again, but the lock issue certainly cause me a headache and a few hours of my own time. The windows and doors themselves were great, so for me it was more an issue with the installer.

$6,000.00

Windows were 5 weeks later than promised. No one called me to inform me of this and I had to call to be updated. My keyless locks, which I was assured would be installed with no issue DO NOT work. The locks I bought (after being told I could buy ANY one I choose with no restriction)was too large and my new door had to be cut into to make fit or I would need to wait ANOTHER few weeks for a new one. The installer did not bother to check this before he left. So please, if you are reading this, feel free to break into my unlock-able house this weekend. They do have answer their phone on weekends. I would have probably held this review back and waited for them to fix the problems if I could contact SOMEONE. But apparently that is too much to ask.
In fairness the windows and doors are nice and were definitely properly installed.
