What a great experience I had working with the team at Kenneth Morgan. They walked me through every process from concept, design and execution. I wanted something unique, something WOW and thats exactly what I got. I have the best looking yard on the block. Ken, and John are just fantastic to work with. Top quality , professional, and timely. I couldnt ask for better. I would most definitely use them again and would recommend (I have recommended) them to everyone I know. The Best Contractors I've ever Hired. Thank you to Ken, Johnny and the entire team. From Start to Finish, The communication, workmanship, and knowledge this team brought to this Renovation was unbelievable. They treated the project like it was their own house and that meant a lot to our family. The attention to detail was perfect, with Ken and Johnny going over and above the design to exceed all expectations. They worked perfectly with the neighbours and never left a mess or anything out of order at the end of each day. We were never inconvenienced and the speed they worked at was unreal. My children now have an entire summer to enjoy the warm weather in the pool and I'm sure we'll be creating many happy memories. I can't thank you guys enough for what you've done for us.

Where do I begin? If you are looking for a company that is transparent, takes pride in their work, and won’t just “take your money”, then this company is who you should be contacting. I had John come to my house to price out a job, to make a long story short, John told me now was not the time to be doing a big project in my backyard (personal family issues). I was flawed. They could have easily taken my money. The compassion I felt from this company cannot he explained. I will be contacting them in the next few years to do work in my backyard no questions asked. The fact that they were so upfront and honest shows me that this is a company not in it just for the money.

We’ve been following Kenneth Morgan Pools & Landscaping on Instagram for a little while. We had a small project we wanted to reach out to him few months ago but we didn’t know if he would do it. We honestly thought it was too small of a project didn’t know if his company would take on the work as based on his Instagram it looks like they only do big jobs pools and landscaping jobs.

We finally decided to reach out. To my surprise he was prompt on his response, him and John came out to see the work two days later. The following week he had his team come. The work started at 6am and by 5pm that evening the SAME DAY the job was completed, power washed, and grass was in and watered. Ken and his team Ricky the foreman and the boys were so professional efficient and kind what a great group! More than anything my family loves the driveway extension it looks so fresh and clean cut! I gave us two more parking spots! Thank you Ken and the team for such a fast and exceptional delivery! Would definitely recommend!

In May 2020, we decided to invest in our backyard with a total remodel which included hardscape, landscape and an inground pool. After interviewing and assessing several contractors we decided to put our faith and trust into Kenneth Morgan Pools. When we first met Kenneth we were impressed by his honesty and openness and knew immediately he would be someone we could work with to transform our backyard into an oasis. We were right. We started off designing and planning the size of the pool, options available and which upgrade options were best suited for our plans. Kenneth shared ideas, provided advise on pool design and how to best optimize the space. He always responded promptly to questions and was patient when explaining the process. Along the way we also decided to add a water feature and he did not disappoint. Kenneth worked within a strict budget without compromising quality or workmanship. Truly exceptional.
The Kenneth Morgan team and crew were also impressive and exceptional. Each crew that worked on this project were polite, friendly and professional. I was lucky enough to be working from home throughout the entire project and got to see how they transformed the backyard each step of the way. I was impressed by the way they communicated with us but also how they kept each other informed. Clearly a team with strong work ethics demonstrated daily by their attention to detail.

We loved working with you and are truly thankful to you and your amazing team for turning our backyard mess into a beautiful retreat. We will enjoy our backyard for years to come, creating memories with our family and friends.
