Efficient air care limited

Paid for a diagnosis which he did not do. Barely looked at anything just alot of "it could be this". He only checked 1 of 2 furnace panels and left. Turns out it was the condensation pump that went bad which I'm not sure how a "professional" service would miss this as it sits right next to the furnace and then have such a hard time answering the phone after the fact. I wouldn't trust them to fix it since he couldn't find it in the first place. Find someone reputable cause these guys are not it.

Replaced my A/C unit. Charged my $3,500. Claimed to have changed my coil as well. Now I have a funky smell when I run my Central A/C. Called him back to check for freon leaks, said everything is fine. Doesn't smell when I run the heater. Only on A/C. He claimed it was from the cualking he put around vent pipe. This was last year. The smell is still here this year when I run the A/C.
