Full disclosure, we had given CES a 0 star review in relation to their customer service and work. Brian, an energy inspector with CES contacted me promptly in an effort to resolve our long standing issues.
Brian apologized profusely and advised me that the sales associate who originally sold us the contract and had the technicians perform sub-par work were no longer with the company. Upon conversing with Brian, he was sincere with his apologies and noted that the company had changed how they conduct their follow-ups in order to minimize the possibility of how customers attempts to contact CES were overlooked.
Further, Brian offered compensation for the damages and costs associated with the insulation blunder, in addition to meeting contractual obligations, which we agreed was fair.
Given this, CES did right their wrong and we are grateful companies like this still exist, instead of leaving their customers high and dry.
