I called and dealt with Anna who was extremely efficient and prepared a quote. The part was ordered and Dimitri arrived within 2 days to complete the repair. It was an expensive part and a time consuming repair. The pricing was fair. Dimitri is efficient, thorough and tidy.
This is the second time using this service. Great!!

I got a very quick response on a Sunday that was clear as to the charges. It was repaired to my complete satisfaction the next day.

They were very prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. Behaved professionally and did a check and clean at the back of the appliance. The only reason for not giving a 10 is that thay are charging a percentage of the bill rather than a flat charge. I understand that the company has to pay the credit card company but a flat charge would be fairer

Dimitry provided timely professional service in a friendly manner and unclogged a frozen water supply line to the icemaker. I am pleased to recommend their service.
