I called three companies to get me an estimate on a new hot water tank. This was the only company that stood out from the rest. They were honest, professional, offered to fix the problems that the previous installation had and the customer service from the early morning to the late evening was incredible. They were extremely competitive with their pricing and offered what was best for the customer, not themselves.

My 10 year old combination water heater/ hydronic floor heater started to go wrong. The Repairs got to the point where I wanted it replaced. I called a number of Hvac businesses to find one that was knowledgeable, proficient, and made me feel that I was dealing with a professional.
There tech Iris came out to see me and was extremely well versed in my heating system. What He recommended I install ticked all the boxes for me. Lots of power when and where I needed it and I was never going to run out of hot water. Before it took what seemed like forever to get hot water to the end of the house now the time has been cut in half.
Idris arrived at my house when he said he would. Laid protective Mats on all stairs and floors. Provided a service that I doubt I will ever seen beaten. The entire job was impressive. He used the best of everything. I have been in a water filtration business for fifty plus years and I know quality and workmanship when I see it and this was top tier stuff.
