Very quick turnaround for install of our new furnace.
Less than 24 hours he replaced our old dead furnance with new one and offered 10 years parts and labor warranty at no extra cost.

I called late in the evening he came right away determent that the furnace need to replaced with a chance to fix my furnace .

He gave option to fix it or replace it I decided to replace it

Came next day with a brand new furnace installed in 4 hour job was done .

Super disappointed. 10 months and still the work is incomplete. Breach of contract small claim coming. Do not hire Moe. Doesn't return calls or e mails. He tried getting another $1400 mid December by claiming that the furnace that he installed was recalled. Please avoid at all cost.

Moe and his crew were exceptional in their efforts to install and configure a furnace and AC on a weekend which is very much appreciated. I am down grading my (5) *****STARS to (1) *STAR. +I might change my review to no or more STARS.

To install a new air conditioning, I was looking for an affordable price, workmanship and quality services. So i researched the web, amongst many Ottawa companies I found (Comfort Level One Heating and Cooling Inc.).

Despite some of bad reviews from Toronto, Mississauga to Ottawa unhappy customers expressed their frustrations. I called to find out for myself. I asked questions got proper information, it turned out its the owner.

So when I asked very direct question from his bad review to his prices "the hard working people of this company is far from many bad review posted on the web".

I gave him 9 stars for minor delay... but the owner himself was quick and responsive, he got his men and delivered. CONCLUSION: I am very happy with my decision I got "price deal, A+ workmanship (they made 100% heating/cooling synced with my ecobee configuration). I like people when they think 360• to make others life easier".

Promise of a service without the expertise to do it. Had an inspection 24 hours after install to point out all the errors requiring repair.
