Lennox Air Conditioning New Installation Services
Due to payment Disputes. I am down grading my (5) *****STARS to (1) *STAR. +I might change my review to no or more STARS. To install a new air conditioning, I was looking for an affordable price, workmanship and quality services. So i researched the web, amongst many Ottawa companies I found (Comfort Level One Heating and Cooling Inc.). Despite some of bad reviews from Toronto, Mississauga to Ottawa unhappy customers expressed their frustrations. I called to find out for myself. I asked questions got proper information, it turned out its the owner. So when I asked very direct question from his bad review to his prices "the hard working people of this company is far from many bad review posted on the web". I gave him 9 stars for minor delay... but the owner himself was quick and responsive, he got his men and delivered. CONCLUSION: I am very happy with my decision I got "price deal, A+ workmanship (they made 100% heating/cooling synced with my ecobee configuration). I like people when they think 360• to make others life easier".
