Dan responded to my need to have someone come unplug a kitchen drain very quickly. We made an appointment for the following morning.
2 minutes before the appointment time, he indicated on the Homestars website that he did not win the job. I called to ask whether he was coming or not, and was told he "couldn't find his tools." He called me back and eventually came, in total about an hour late.
I have since continued to have problems with this drain, and I reached out to ask for his help. He responded to my call via text, confused as to who I was. He did not respond to my two further texts asking for him to come back. Really friendly guy and fine service when he shows up, but getting his attention and reliable service seem to be lacking. I would not recommend this contractor to my friends.

Hi I am very sorry that you feel this way.. as I had said the first day I came that my guys had lost all of my drain snake heads. I had fabricated a head to get you running the first time and we poured many buckets of water down as you watched and was shown everything was working properly. I am waiting for my new drain equipment to be delivered from acklends granger. I did not answer because I am busy on 5 other jobs and do not have the time to help you. Again I am sorry you feel this way but I am a very busy guy and did not have time to reach out to you.
