I had a "smell" issue with the main floor drain in my basement and had a well known company out to fix what I thought was a clog issue. Turns out that the reason my house smelled like pee everytime it rained alot was that the floor drain pipe had crumbled away underneath the concrete of the basement floor. To replace it with a new PVC pipe and connect that to the sweeping tile so the sewer wouldn't leak out under there anymore was going to cost more than 10x what I had planned to spend fixing the clog I thought was the issue.
I contacted a few other companies for estimates and Daniel responded to my request for a quote right away, continuing to be prompt with answers to my questions until the job was completed. His price was much less (35% less!) than the first company and he had good reviews here so I hired him.
Daniel and his crew came the next Monday at 8 am and were all done by noon. I was impressed by how polite, professional, and respectful they were. All my questions were answered and the inconvenience to my day was minimal. The job was done neatly and on time for the price quoted so I am happy to recommend them without reservation.
