Installation of the furnace, AC and water tank took two days as he indicated.

A/C at my rental property broke down. Within an hour of contacting Mike, he was at the house and diagnosed the problem. Whole process took only a few hours and we were up and running again. He also topped up the coolant and got it working more efficiently.

AC was not working so I called this company to come and do a simple diagnostic to see what the problem was. I explicitly recalled asking the price and was told it would be $80 only after he had done his 15 min analysis did he change the number to $160. Keep in mind this was only for 15 mins. Friendly guy but make sure you find out the price up front and stick to it. Someone came by afterwards and fixed it and also said that was a high price for a service call.

Came the next day (showed up early!) , fixed the root cause, would use again
