Agreed to a new furnace and air conditioner. They did arrive and started on furnace. Had to return to fix small items. Constant water leak. I ended up repairing and supplying parts. Gas valve at the furnace was left on with gas filling the room. I closed valve and notified their service that the gas line was not connected to the furnace. They said they would be out next day. Arrived a week later. No heat for a week.
Have not received a copy of commissioning sheet, gas pressure test, permit number, safty number

6 months of hell! Freight train running through my house. Need new furnace door framed in @a cost of $1000.00. Is this my fault, NO
Don't care if you only have a $300.00 door allowance. This should not be my problem. Whisper quiet my fanny. I need this fixed and now!! Avoid these people at all cost. There is no one to reach out too. Just ask my rep if he takes your call. Consumer Protection Branch has an entire web site dedicated to type of sale. Learn from my mistake and choose a reputable local company that will stay with you till your happy.

I called some companies during the heat wave in summer for air conditioning and it was extremely difficult to get a system installed due to high demands , I was told about BC Standard Home Services from a friend, and within 4 days of calling them, I already had a heat pump installed with Air conditioning ready to use. I had some issues with my electrical panel but it was handled by their electrician. The installers were very professional and left my house very clean, the service was top notch.

BC Standard came to my house and helped me inspect my furnace, they were able to help me get some rebates and upgrade my furnace. Super happy they came by my place!

Needed a new furnace as mine was old. A nice young man came to my home, explained the product and gave me a price. I agreed to an installation and the next day I had a new furnace. Impressed with how fast and smooth the service was.

I get a new furnance in my mobile home and find out after the fact I can't get a rebate, after I was told I could get a rebate. Why?
