DSS Design Group - failed to deliver, trying to get money back

DSS can not be trusted, took my money and ran. Completed half the roofing work and left me to complete the work myself. AVOID AT ALL COST. Promises to come next week and never shows up. Week after week after week. I signed a contract with DSS in 2021, he has used every excuse in the book (covid, mother died, new foreman, etc) to avoid coming back. Referred to me by HD, when I complained to HD they told me it was between me and a private contractor. I believe he even hid behind his wife's name when registering with HD. Judge for yourself.
