Antonio and the team were fantastic for our weeping tile replacements/tie in to the sump pump and foundation waterproofing project. They team was fast and efficient during the days and cleaned up the site when complete. I wasn't at home during the days but Antonio was great providing updates and photos throughout the job. Really appreciate the excellent communication and professionalism. I'd highly recommend AquaStop.

Aquastop did great work with my exterior waterproofing job. I know the work couldnt have been easy as they had to dig through a layer of asphalt followed by a layer of solid concrete (old house, full of surprises), all done by hand, before they were able to start digging out the foundation. The crew worked very quickly but I never felt like they were rushing the job. Antonio kept me informed throughout the whole process to make sure I understood what they were doing. The communication from the quoting process through to completion of the work was exceptional.
I can really tell that Antonio and his crew take great pride in what they do which also gave me assurance that the job was being done right. I would absolutely recommend Aquastop to anyone looking to get waterproofing work done.

For the first few weeks everything was great, then the leak came back in the same spot as before. I contacted Anotnio and he replied only by text, never by phone, he also wouldn't set a time or day to come see the issue I finally got him to set a date after 4 or 5 weeks of going back and forth with this Friday after 2pm. I came back early from my daughter's University graduation to meet him and he knew this. I gave notice to my tenants to enter and I waited 2.5 hours for him to come and not even a phone call or message that he couldn't make it. I called him 2 times no answer, and also texted and no answer.
I now have to hire another company to rectify whatever is wrong as he will not honor his 25year warranty. Very disappointing !!!!

I was faced with an unfortunate situation when my basement leaked water around our fireplace. We had to make a decision on to remove fire place and build in and accent wall following the outside waterproofing being completed. We aquired several quotes the final one being from Aqua Stop. The way Tony conducts business is professional from the onset, the discussion around what was needed and how the work was to be done outside put me at ease. He moved work around to fit us in and ensured he and his team hit deadlines perfectly- providing videos/pictures and warranty of all work completed. We elected to go with him for our customer interior work in which we gave him an image off pintrest to re create. The workmanship, professionalism, organization all stood out to us as the work was completed. They even did a fabulous job in keeping the house clean! The finished product is exactly what we discussed and imagined. We even made tweaks along the way and Tony embraced them and just simply got them done. The experience was incredible!

We were having water issues in our basement so we went onto HomeStars to find a contractor. Antonio from AquaStop replied to our request right away and set up an appointment. During our meeting, he was very professional and courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. He inspected the whole house to determine where the leak was coming from and helped us to choose the best option for the issue we were having. Antonio was able to start the job promptly and completed everything within a few days. He and his crew left the site clean at the end of each day. Water was leaking into my basement everytime it rained. Realized contractor who didnt basement didnt install proper waterproofing. Antonio and his guys came in and did a wonderful job of sealing the windows externally, excavating, installing weeping tiles and a solid membrane to withstand any penetration from
The water.
