I was initially drawn to Cozy Castle for pricing. In the end it was the team that made the difference. From discussion of appropriate unit choice, through installation, disposal of rental tank, and follow up, the installers on site and the office staff were responsive and helpful with guidance throughout the process. They were careful to note any potential issues before and during installation and discussed solutions in a manner that assured I would be satisfied with the outcome. Overall, this was an excellent experience.
