Missed a 5 on satisfaction because they didn't use the paint specified
(Benjamin Moore) despite having had a specific conversation regarding same, and it being identified in the estimate. Also, no response, one week later, to my email expressing concern over the use of Dulux over Benjamin Moore.

First contact was with Leone for an estimate.She was a pleasure to meet very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.She booked me in the same week just as Reno was complete which I was very grateful.
Rachel was my painter.She was a pleasure to work with, polite ; quiet and completed everything on schedule.
Upon finishing you would never have known she was here.. (except for the beautiful paint job) her clean up was impeccable right down to the paint cans I supplied left in the exact place I had left them.
Very impressed with her work ethic. I would highly recommend this company for any of your painting needs.

2Gals was just fantastic from beginning to end. I appreciated Leone coming and taking photos and then sending an estimate at the beginning. We had add ons that we were given new estimates for, with no problems at all. The painting team was wonderful on time, careful, and asked about areas I hadnt thought of. Katie, Bella, Alia and Rachelle were absolutely top notch, and I cant thank them enough for a job so beautifully done.

Nothing Pro about this company. In too much of a hurry to grab your money and run. Worst puddy job I have ever seen over 38 years in the trades. Painting takes patience, and this company has none. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Hands down the best partner for your painting project. Very positive experience from start to finish. A special shout out to Ana who, when it appeared the job might not finish on time, rallied the troops and got it done. The whole team was efficient, courteous and respectful of my home. Highly recommend and will call on them again for our next project.

We are delighted with the work @ GalsProPainting did for us. The estimator came quickly and the work was scheduled promptly. The painting was done professionally and on time. Renee, the owner, kept a close eye on the progress of the job and kept us updated. The painting is really well done, very tidy and the site was left clean in the evening. The three women who did the painting were a pleasure to deal with, very professional and competent, any necessary patching/repairs well done. We were happy with the price, given the scope of the project. We would and are recommending 2GalsProPainting to our friends and neighbours.

Needed timely painting before moving in and found the company through Homestars. Responsive, professional and honour their committment: they needed to come back next day for minor touch up.
Would definitely recommend them and will hire them in the future.

I have vaulted ceilings in my home and a large kitchen / dinning area and also had my living room painted for this price and I’m very happy with the job. The girls even did there best to work quietly as I was sleeping for the better part of the day as at the time I was on night shift

Very professional, punctual, and tidy. Removing the popcorn ceilings is extremely messy- however the floors were washed each night so there was minimal clean up for me to do. Rene was great at helping me pick my paint colours and phoning every couple of days to update us on the progress. Overall a good experience.
