It is hard being in this industry what with supply chain issues and other Covid 19-related challenges. The product, delivered 7 months later, is impressive. Yet customer service at Bauhaus needs a real rethink, as Elizabeth, the front person, has admitted to me. When this happens Bauhaus will have no real competition in the custom-door space.
