I had issues with a new dishwasher, so I called these guys directly. They sent a tech over and he charged 150$ to turn my breaker on and off which they could have told me to try over the phone. It also didnt fix the problem. The tech was familiar with the symptoms Id described so they could have just came with parts ready to fix the appliance. Also, I booked the appt prior to the end of warranty, and this company failed to pass on this information to LG. This resulted in my warranty being void. I asked them nicely to rectify the situation but they said they cant deal with the manufacturer (after telling me they spoke to the manufacturer) I feel mislead by this company.
Also they have sent me a cease and desist letter for leaving a negative but factual review. They have threatened others with similar legal action as well - according to other reviews.
Update: After telling me my appliance is out of warranty, the manufacturer (LG) has told me that my appliance is under warranty and they are sending another company to repair it. Advance told me a mistruth to me about the warranty. Advance submitted NO service request to LG.
