Hello and thank you so much for your review and feedback, we apologize for the confusion regarding the "Diagnosis Fee" and "Labour Fee".
The reason we offer our diagnosis is to ensure that in the event it is not the correct part requested that we order and bring to the initial visit, that you are not stuck paying for a part that was not needed.
Secondly regarding the labour. The labour would have been the same charge with or without the initial diagnostic. Consider the diagnosis complimentary if you choose to proceed with a repair. In the event a repair is "too expensive" or "not possible to repair" that is when our diagnosis fee is charged only.
Our labour rates are part of the national set standard for Appliance Repair. We charge on a flat rate basis to ensure you receive the prompt, professional service as well as our outstanding warranty guarantees.
