Service was quick and efficient. However the labour cost is an issue. Separate charges for diagnosis and another charge for installation of the part for the washer. I had previously informed the office that a specific part was needed for the washer and that they should order the part. The technician arrived for the initial visit without the part, charged me for the initial diagnosis, ordered the part that i had informed them to order, then returned to fix the washer (second labour charge ). The service was good but more expensive than other washer repair services

Hello and thank you so much for your review and feedback, we apologize for the confusion regarding the "Diagnosis Fee" and "Labour Fee".
The reason we offer our diagnosis is to ensure that in the event it is not the correct part requested that we order and bring to the initial visit, that you are not stuck paying for a part that was not needed.
Secondly regarding the labour. The labour would have been the same charge with or without the initial diagnostic. Consider the diagnosis complimentary if you choose to proceed with a repair. In the event a repair is "too expensive" or "not possible to repair" that is when our diagnosis fee is charged only.
Our labour rates are part of the national set standard for Appliance Repair. We charge on a flat rate basis to ensure you receive the prompt, professional service as well as our outstanding warranty guarantees.
