Beau came out to our home to look at our Samsung Range that was taking forever to heat up and would not maintain temperature. Beau was very efficient with the diagnostic and stated that it was unfortunately just the product and recommended buying from companies who only make kitchen appliances. He didn’t feel completing a repair would help and we very much appreciated his honesty. He also informed us that if we needed him in the future for our oven there would be no cost for a diagnostic as he was aware of the concerns. We will definitely call Beau again for any appliance repairs we may have.
