Dealing with Pal has been nothing short of a nightmare and one of my biggest regrets in my legal basement apartment project. He does not answer calls or messages, work is always way behind schedule with a bunch of excuses each time, his workers will just randomly show up on one of the many Promised days for work. He contracts to make Legal windows, but his windows and doors don't pass the inspection since they have no headers. Paul claims that it is job of the contractor who does the interior work to do headers. Anyone else that I speak to says it is the responsibility of the window/door contractor to make sure their work meets the city requirements. I tried making endless number of calls and send him messages with no response. On one of the occasions he decided to answer, he promises to send his crew to do the work at some additional cost which I agreed since I just wanted to get out of this mess and get on to the next stage of the work as the work is currently halted since the door and windows don't meet the code. I have been trying since then for the last week and half to see when he is sending his crew with no response. I have no choice now to hire someone else and pay them whatever they ask to clean up the mess that he has left behind. Absolutely unprofessional, horrible with communication (except when asking his payments), and the work does not meet the building codes.

KS Concrete did a terrific job installing my egress window. It looks amazing! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have an egress window installed. Really helps bring light into an otherwise dark basement.

We used KS Concrete for enlarging 3 existing basement windows and 1 new window.  The work order indicated that lintels were included, however, the job was done without lintels.  Several calls, text messages and emails to Paul, the owner, have gone unanswered.  Cracks have developed in the walls and we have had to spend thousands of dollars to fix.  In addition, our garden tools went missing and we got a foul smell in our basement and on investigating a  pipe which was in the basement was filled with excreta from his workers.  Please consider this review before contracting this company.  If you need to speak to me about this company please call me at 6476417208.
