I was looking for a remedy to mess created by a contractor for the backyard patio. Carlos visited, practically observed the problem and then made recommendation e.g. to have better concert cuts to protect the overall lifetime and to deal with the problem. He explained pros and cons of each without hiding the facts. He and crew appear on time and did a great job. He was open for discussion, suggestions and made few adjustments. Post job completion, demoed the difference before and after without hiding the problem areas.
