Bought a new dishwasher from Costco to install the old one that came with our recently purchased home. Put up a request on Homestars and Kyle was the first to respond. The pricing was also very competitive and based on the reviews here, I decided to go ahead with his services. He arrived as scheduled and did a great job in installing the new unit. Ran a few test cycles to check for leaks etc and also helped with the haul-away and disposal of the old dishwasher.
He also checked our existing laundry unit and gave an honest assessment that spares with labour would be bad option vs just getting new ones.
Overall, extremely satisfied with the service provided and would definitely consider Graham Martin again for any future appliance repair/install work I have.

Very positive experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and insightful installing new rods by figuring out how to open top of Samsung washing machine (a set of bolts were put in that we were unaware of). He recommended we find parts first (found online at Walmart of all places). I highly recommend Graham-Martin Mechanical.

My dishwasher had a problem draining. The technician,Kyle, showed up promptly, discovered the problem in the drain hose and had the problem solved in minutes. Kyle was friendly, polite and well spoken. I can highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to have them come in regarding any future problems.

Recently had issues with my Samsung refrigerator not dumping made ice cubes. After the frustration of trouble shooting it myself and getting nowhere, I called in the professionals. Kyle quickly responded to my request and came out just as quickly. He assessed the problem and was able to order and install the needed new auger in short order. Besides being friendly and courteous, what stood out to me was him taking time to go through the cost options of repairing the fridge to replacing the whole thing with a newer one. I’ve rarely had that kind of honesty in a repair and it was appreciated! Thanks again Kyle, we would definitely refer or use your company again!

The part for our dishwasher did not take long at all to be ordered and the appointment was set up immediately after receiving the part.
