I was very pleased with the service provided by Graham-Martin Mechanical. They responded to my request in a timely fashion. The problem was identified by the technician that was sent to my home, and repaired in a short period of time. Overall, I was very pleased with his work.

We had quick turn around service on this request, and were pleasantly surprised with how easy everything seemed. Our technician even took care of cleaning anything left behind under the old dishwasher before installing the new one. Excellent service, would happily recommend.

Great customer service

My Samsung dryer has a hard to diagnose problem and it ran about 20 minutes before turning itself off and would not turn on again for another 20 minutes.
Got next day service, friendly customer service, and quick repair replacing a small sensor he had with him. Very fair price and very convenient quick books pay after receiving email invoice. I used to use North Durham and they are very good as well but do not do Samsung and don't have an email pay setup.

Glad I checked HomeStars. Kyle was friendly, professional and even early.
He analyzed the problem in just a few minutes and got the job done in jig time. He is obviously well trained and experienced beyond his years.
