Full Spectrum Construction

Full Spectrum Construction recently completed our kitchen reno and I am really happy I chose them to do it. They were efficient, let us know what was going on at all times and even in the pandemic and during the lockdown were able to get it done. It looks fantastic!! Thanks Mike and team for all of your hard work!!

All started out well: the contract and timelines were clear, pricing was fair and Mike was very collaborative to help guide the process, choose fixtures etc. We are now 6 months post-demolition and while the bathroom is finally functional, the contract has not been closed. A number of defective and unfinished items have been identified in various emails, text messages and mailed letter and I've waited over a month since his last communication to allow Mike the opportunity to reply. I would have preferred to have come to an agreement to finalize the outstanding contract details and be able to fully enjoy the new bathroom, even after the months of delays.

Full Spectrum Construction is a great Construction Company. Mike and his team were excellent in performing all the required work according to the construction regulations. I got a full extension of 18ft by 40ft done by him and his team. Mike is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to the custom build projects, I had gotten my drawings and permit done by one of my engineers and there was a crucial element of a load bearing beam which left us with a lot of ambiguity. Mike came up with an alternative idea to install a steel beam which made the whole project easier. Mike was very upfront and explained every stage of the project very clearly, Very co-operative and punctual person. I would definitely recommend Full Spectrum if you want to get the quality work done with a reasonable budget.
It was an expensive project and Mike came up with a great payment plan that I was comfortable with. Being in the middle of COVID-19 Mike and his Team took all the precautions and followed the appropriate procedures as per the health official's guidelines. Mike and his team performed par excellence to accommodate my requirements. He took care of all the City inspections as per the City of Brampton Permit requirements. Full Spectrum is all in one Construction Company, don't look further if you value quality work. Full Spectrum finished the project in a timely manner. I am recommending to family and friends for sure.

Full Spectrum completed a rebuild of a two-storey raised deck that sits on the back room of our triplex. The project was very challenging from a design and construction point of view in that there were permit challenges, hidden structural issues in the room below, the need to work with other contractors and to deal with tenants living in three units. Owner Mike handled it all more them ably and we are not only pleased with how the project turned out but grateful it was him and his friendly and hard working team that were there to do it.

We have had the honour of working with Mike from Full Spectrum Construction on numerous projects over the last few years. They always keep a professional and courteous business manor on the work site and always have their operation running smooth and efficiently. Mike personally is educated, very knowledgeable and he knows what he is talking about specially when it comes to a new construction or addition. He is easily can read the blue prints, correct them if required to accommodate the existing job site condition and handle all related city regulations and inspections in a very professional and smoothly way. We will definitely continue to collaborate with them in the future.
