Amazing customer service!! Always extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all things pools & hot tub related. Bring them a water sample and they will provide you will clear instructions on what your next steps should be to treat your pool or hot tub. They only sell you what you need. Great service! I called in to book a service appointment for an older hot tub. Got a call back in a very short period of time and was able to get an appointment 2 days later. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even had all of the required parts with him including a motor and our hot tub was fixed in an hour. We contacted Easy Pools in desperation to find a pool as we had purchased a pool from another supplier who wasn't able to provide us with the pool after we had already begun excavation. Easy Pools was beyond helpful, extremely informative and by some luck had a pool for us! His communication has been fabulous, sending us updates almost daily.
