Adam was introduced to us by our trusted real estate agent, with a strong endorsement. His team completed a good sized renovation with some tedious work in our living room and bedroom. Both rooms have quickly become our favourites in the home.
From the start Adam was helpful in understanding what was possible, coming through the house a couple of times and keeping a binder organized with emails from us that included finishes that we had been communicating our interest in.
They were extremely careful from the start. When taking up the slate tile in our living room they protected the radiant heating underneath and laid down a beautiful engineered hardwood oak in its place. When it came to the placing brick veneer up our existing gas fireplace to make a more natural look, they were meticulous about sheet placement enough to make sure it looked like real laid break. The new patio door required the movement of some electrical but they finished it quickly and expertly while matching some unique mouldings and base boards around the newly finished room.
In our bedroom their ability to make the new closet look like it had been there all along was impressive, again matching some unique moulding that was already on the room.
All in all, Adam was transparent and a pretty good communicator throughout the whole process which can be tough to find with contractors. The combination of quality and fair pricing makes it easy for us to work with him again for some larger projects in the future. Definitely recommend.
