I had Paul and Sabine from Castlerock Ltd renovate 2 washrooms at the same time. The reason we did them at the same time is because we wanted to extend the primary bath into the kids washroom. From start to finish, working with Paul and his crew was great! They are very professional and perfectionists. They gave us great suggestions when we needed and never complained about our last minute changes. The best part is they cleaned up after themselves. We hardly had a mess when they would leave at the end of the day. They were always on time and very personable. I highly recommend Paul and Castlerock. We will definitely be using them for future projects. I absolutely love my washrooms.

We just hired Paul and his crew from Castlerock for our bathroom reno. We are very happy with the finished product! Pauls quote was less than any other quotes we received and we thought to be very fair for the scope of work he was hired for. Any extra add-ons he found along the way were also reasonably priced and we stayed within our budget. One thing he could improve on is his communication with clients. On numerous occasions we were told one of the crew members would be on site to work, yet they never showed up and this information was not communicated to us beforehand. This pushed back our completion date from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. In the end this was not that big of a deal to us as we stayed with my family during the renovation, however, it might be something to keep in mind if you are on a tight timeline or are paying for alternative accommodations while your project is being completed. This is a minor issue that could easily be solved with consistent communication from Paul and I would have otherwise given him and his company 10 stars if that were the case. Overall I would recommend Castlerock for a bathroom renovation!

Working with Paul has been the best renovation experience that I have ever had (and I have renovated my house top to bottom over the last 5 years). Paul provided an estimate promptly, he began the project on-time, he asked questions along the way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Impressively, Castlerock worked full days 8 am-5 pm everyday until the project was finished (in approx 7 business days). Paul's attention to detail is unparalleled. He is a perfectionist - I have never seen tiling like this!! Perfect symmetry, perfect spacing of grout (I used a large format for walls and floor and mosaic on shower floor). My bathroom is EXACTLY what I wanted - finished ON TIME and within budget. MAGICAL!! I highly recommend Paul and Castlerock, with zero reservations.

Paul took the time to understand our needs to ensure that he exceeded our expectations. Paul's attention to detail is unmatched. His hand cut mitered corners on the stone accent walls came out better than expected.
