I was recommended to Irwin Heating from a close friend. He used him (Giancarlo the owner) for several matters including AC replacement and other furnace fixes. The reason why I reached out is I heard he is the consummate professional, super responsive, very knowledgeable and is reasonable in their advice and price.

Im so glad I called him in to diagnose our 20 year old furnace which had been acting up. He was so responsive to booking a time to come see the furnace and to give his honest feedback and recommendations. We scheduled in for his crew to come install a few days later and I am extremely IMPRESSED. They know what they are doing and are just very courteous with service and with my concerns that I had and all my questions that I had!! They (especially) the lead installer ALEX was so patient with me and ensured I knew what was going on and that I understood their installation. Thank you we are going to have a warm and safe winter season!

We recently got a new Rheem Hybrid hot water heater installed by Giancarlo and his team. He made the process seamless, with clear communication and quote, and helpful information and context around this specific technology and device. The installation went well, and the tank itself is running on the budget I'd planned on based on online information. It was also an invisible transition to our daily routine, and we are perceiving less noise from this device compared to our previous natural gas heater (its in the basement of a multi story dwelling, so we only hear it if we are in the basement). The Rheem app is decent so far, haven't played too much with the smart or scheduling features, but it has provided good visibility of operation.

I recently used Irwin Heating and Cooling to install a new Rheem Hybrid water heater. They were super helpful. They came over for an initial visit to make sure it was possible. They then made quote, ordered the new water heater and even helped return my current rental back to Reliance. All this was covered in their quote. During the install the were very careful and helped me make sure i know how to use this new technology. Very happy.

Giancarlo showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with my Coleman furnace in about a half hour, found the part at a nearby HVAC supplier, and came back and had my furnace fixed fast. Pricing was reasonable and transparent and communication was good. Recommended.
