My fiancee and I just purchased a home and wanted to do an inspection for peace of mind and to find out what areas we should keep an eye on. After a quick search, I contacted Anton through his web site/text and received a response within minutes (this was on a Saturday evening). He booked me in for an inspection scheduled for less than 24 hours later. Arrived on time and was extremely thorough during his 3-hour walkthrough. He explained in detail the things he was looking for, items to keep an eye on and answered all of the questions we had, putting us at ease with a few items we thought were issues. The full report was received within 7 hours of him leaving. We will be using his findings to prioritize improvements to the home and can't recommend him enough if you're looking to have an inspection done.

We bought a 100yo home about 3 years ago and did some renovation on it, but although we had a home inspection before buying, there are always new "surprises" waiting for us.
After getting a bunch of those during last winter we decided to have a home inspector come again and walk with us around the house looking for potencial problems and helping us understand how everything works.
We had the inspection last night and today I woke up to a nice report, with descriptions of what should be prioritized.
We also got a huge manual that I am calling "How houses are built and how to maintain them" which is great.
Anyways... I am feeling a huge releve now that Understand what is going on on this old house of mine.
