TRU Inspections

We have invited TRU-Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection of the house in Niagara Falls. The inspection was carried out on a highly professional level using high-tech equipment. Mr. Pranov investigated every corner inside and outside the house and opened every door. He answered all our questions and encouraged our participation in the inspection. We received a detailed report with many photos after the inspection. The report lists all the problems of the house and indicates the time frame for their elimination. We recommend Mr. Pranov as a professional, client-oriented inspector who does his job with quality and pleasure.

I found TRU Inspections on Google, looking for a Home Inspector in the GTA for a Pre-Purchase Inspection to be done in Richmond Hill. What made me pick TRU Inspections was, not only was he rated highly with perfect reviews, but his sample report was organized neatly, with great details, lots of pictures, and diagrams explaining the problem. Other reports I have seen, including my first home inspection report, did not have as much detail and supporting documentation as TRU Inspections report.

As this is our second time going through a home inspection process, you would think I have an idea what to expect. Anton surpassed my expectation with his attention to detail, patience, his incredible thoroughness, and his expert knowledge. I never saw or felt like he was rushing to complete it and go get it over with. I really appreciated that.

When Anton arrived, he talked us through his process of the inspection, some of the high-tech tools he would use, and explain any defects he finds with possible fixes. He tested and check everything, showing us foundational problems, deck issues, tested electrical outlets, looked at door swings on cabinets and entryways, humidity in the concrete, infrared camera for heating ducts…he checked everything.

By the time the inspection was done, he is so efficient, he offered right then and there to send a summary report.

Anton is great guy, he uses state of the art tools and technology you need to get best home inspection results. Anton inspect my new home from the builder and he found so many things builder missed and did wrong. Builder gives me tight deadline for my PDI, but Anton accepts my requests, he shows up on time and provide me the electronic inspection report right after he completed the inspection and I submit that PDI report on time.
