Arcan Glass

I used Arcan Glass for a glass fence with black spigots to separate my pool from my stone patio. Omar from Arcan was amazing to deal with. He was very professional and very detail oriented. The product is beautiful and very well installed. I would highly recommend Arcan Glass.

UPDATE: Regrettably I have an unfortunate update on Arcan Glass. Basically after the wind storm on March 1/21, one of the glass panes shattered. I immediately contacted the owner and he said that it should never have happed and likely due to a fracture in manufacturing - it is under warranty so it will be replaced. I thanked him and then waited. After two months of no news I emailed again and they apologized for the delay and said someone would be in contact shortly. After another month of no contact I emailed once more. They responded saying they would come within the week. They eventually showed up after another text to the owner. Two reps appeared at my door with no notice (good that I was home!) and one of them had a real attitude basically implying that I must have done something to pane and that I should feel grateful that they are replacing it. I was shocked as this was not at all the experience I had with Arcan Glass when it was installed. Not only was he rude he had the nerve to ask me for tools to remove some of the glass from the metal like somehow I should be helping him as he was doing me a favour. I should mention that my son and I handled and discarded all the glass shards back in March. We didn’t remove the glass in the spigots as we didn’t want to do any further damage to the system. In an extremely slapdash-way they replaced the pane. It was very poorly installed and after he left I filmed what he had done and sent it to the owner so he saw how badly it was installed. The owner noted it and apologized for the experience - said it would work for now and when they could, they can put longer metal attachments to make the pane more stable; but for now, it was safe. Again I really had a delightful experience with Arcan Glass (see initial review below), but how this whole situation was handled has really tainted my feelings. I really home the pane gets properly installed soon.

A real pleasure to work with - they were reliable and punctual, but also extremely understanding when I had to move the date a couple of times due to delays with the landscapers. The crew was super nice and very respectful and friendly. The fence and the work they did was amazing and looks so good - I am so beyond pleased with how it looks. These guys were simply amazing and a pleasure to deal with:
- arrived sharp on time to all the appointments (initial visit, measurement, dropping materials and installation)
- were extremely understanding to move the date a couple of times due to delays in the landscaping (rain, etc). On the day of the install, they accommodated too so the stone around the pool could be finished in parallel
- very reasonable pricing
- nice crew who were very friendly with the other crew on site and my kids :-)
- pristine work, looks AMAZING. We're beyond pleased
- left everything clean and tidy when they left

Bottom line: don't look further, and go with Arcan. It's a pleasure to feel the money is well spent and you're supporting a company that respects its customers by taking care of every aspect of their nicely-done job. Kudos and THANKS!.

Excellent high-quality tempered glass deck railing installed as we ordered including custom-cut glass to fit stairs. Nicely aligned, no scratches, they got it right. Friendly service, I would definitely hire them again.

The work finished by the Arcan team was beyond our expectation. We are extremely happy with the look of our glass enclosure to the pool. We were reluctant to have a fence around but for child safety we knew we had to install one. Luckily we found Arcan, which is competitively priced and delivered exceptional quality of work and a beautiful end product. There was an issue one week after the installation (manufacturing malfunction), and the team came without hesitation to fix the issue and find a suitable solution. They truly care about delivering top quality workmanship and customer service, not to mention they are a hard-working and very kind team.
