The work TerraNova did for us is/was PHENOMENAL... We had 2 quotes from other companies, and the moment we met Rob immediately realized this was an honest/transparent company to deal with (we need more like this!!!). The work: pool (including waterfall, retainer wall and stone patio around it), grading of the house's perimeter, and stone work for the house entrance. I am a DIY'er, and my dad used to have a construction company back home where i would spend my summers working and learning skills. So, for this project, i took some days off to be outside with the TerraNova crew (and also work on my DIY backyard fence project). Jon managed the project on the field, and was such fun and enjoyable process throughout! (which is quite unusual statement for construction work). They would arrive on time every morning, and leave things tidy at the end of the day (note: day 1-2 are excavation = quite messy, you'll think "wth have we done?!?!", lol, but then things start to look better and better). I can attest first hand about Rob and Jon's experience and dedication to details. Cutting corners is not an option. As Jon would say at end of each work journey with pride: Primo! The project was delivered on budget, on time, and beyond every expectation. We love every single one of the works that TerraNova did for our house; and our friends are already booking them for their backyard projects. Above all we LOVE our pool. We're counting the days for summer to arrive, and enjoy again our backyard oasis!. TerraNova is recommended 200%. Rob, Jon, Damien, Bash and Kyle - THANKS, you guys ROCK!.

These guys were simply amazing and a pleasure to deal with: - arrived sharp on time to all the appointments (initial visit, measurement, dropping materials and installation) - were extremely understanding to move the date a couple of times due to delays in the landscaping (rain, etc). On the day of the install, they accommodated too so the stone around the pool could be finished in parallel - very reasonable pricing - nice crew who were very friendly with the other crew on site and my kids :-) - pristine work, looks AMAZING. We're beyond pleased - left everything clean and tidy when they left Bottom line: don't look further, and go with Arcan. It's a pleasure to feel the money is well spent and you're supporting a company that respects its customers by taking care of every aspect of their nicely-done job. Kudos and THANKS!.

The TPM team was superb in SO many ways: - arrived sharp on time - helped to get the materials from HomeDepot during these challenging Covid19 times - worked relentlessly under a rainy day - set-up was pristine with perfect alignment - fast/hard working, finished on time - gave generous recommendations based on experience for this DIY-er; truly elevating my home fence project - no budget surprises, upfront agreed amount is what you pay, unless you want to add a tip afterwards based on high satisfaction ;-) Bottomline: Sivan is a committed worker and you can trust what he's doing and his word (so unusual in construction field these days, unfortunately). I had a great experience, so can only highly recommend them.

Mike is an honest, reliable, hard working guy. Certainly, a very unique combination in the contractors world. They came started in the estimated date, arrived everyday early in the morning and left late afternoon. Even in the rainy days. The project finished on time and within the exact initial budget. Extreme attention to details, and the few things I suggested they fully accommodated to keep me entirely confident and satisfied with their work well done. Strongly recommend him. Our next home projects no doubt we'll do with them.
