Would give 0 rating. Biggest mistake we have made in our renovation journey as new home owner was go with this company. We had no tile in our laundry room and decided before our appliances are coming in we would like some time put in. It was going to be a rush job and we contacted the owner and asked if he could do it, he said he could so we agreed for him to do it. Had he told us it was gonna be a sloppy job we wouldn't have agreed.
Rush doesn't mean bad and incorrect installation. When we reached out after the job he basically blamed the tile and the rush job and everything else instead of taking accountability of the fact that he did a bad job. We expected him to be a professional and use his professional judgment, he never said there wasn't enough time and he never said once stopped to think hey the tile doesn't look good maybe we should stop. Instead he assured us it looks off cause it's wet. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.
There isnt a single reasonable person that would call your work a job well done. Between the issues with the colour of the tile, inconsistent placements, patchy grout work, globs of grout and glue, visible mesh and mess left behind in our basement area, this is not reflective of the professional work that was expected as part of our payment WHICH WE MADE IN FULL. There was no communication form the guy.
Now we have to go down the complicated legal process to get our money back and we are lucky that we can get legal advice and are aware of the consumer across but others may not be so lucky. It's gonna be long but we will not be bamboozled.
There is also questionable business practices and if you google EuroHome you'll find a bunch of companies with similar name owned by the same guy and another person had a similar experience to us.
