Walter was amazing to work with. He is polite, conscientious, responsive and a perfectionist. He was also on schedule which was really important to me. I absolutely love my renovated bathroom and the work that Walter did. I will definitely use his services again for future renovation work.

Walter renovated the main bathroom and living room of my home. He was responsible for many different tasks including tiling, plumbing, electrical work, plastering and creating structural framework. Overall we were extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship and his ability to help create our exciting new vision.

His work ethic is excellentshowing up early and on time. He was good at problem resolutionevery reno has unexpected surprises when opening up pre-existing strictures as there is always something unexpected.

The project ran overtime as the scope of the work increased, but was completed within a reasonable time frame. The cost of our project also fell within a reasonable amount of our original budget.

I would highly recommend Walter to anyone looking for a contractor/renovator. Our experience was extremely positive and wed gladly hire him again.

Highly recommended! Fantastic job in bedroom renovation in a condo: building drywall, installation of fine French doors and closet from scratch (building the box), painting, etc. Walter and his team are extremely professional, hardworking, honest and with great work ethics. The project started and ended timely with no delays. The result looks great: your vision will be executed perfectly. Obviously the team is very experienced in all kinds of condo renovations with various techniques and construction methods.
Furthermore, the work was done while I was working from home and the workspace was perfectly clean after each day. Highly recommended. I will be scheduling renovation of my bathroom with them.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Home Renovation and Care. This being my first experience with renovation, I was initially a bit intimidated but they were amazing at providing design advice and explaining the process. The work was great, completed within my budget and ahead of schedule. I really love the result! I would not hesitate to recommend this team to friends and family and would definitely engage them again for future renos.

The final piece was outstanding. Taking a look back at our old basement to now, I wouldn't believe they were the same. The job was well done and the workers were so kind-hearted! The marble look was amazing and the kitchen is fantastic. We love spending time in the basement now, a big thank you!

We hired Walter and his company to renovate our 2 bedroom condo - they began the work in August 2021 and finished in September 2021. They redid all of our floors (a combination of tiling in the bathroom, luxury vinyl in the main areas, and herringbone style tile in the entryway and second bathroom), completely gutted our primary bathroom and re-did it, and installed a pantry into our kitchen (built it into the wall / back half of a closet in the 2nd bedroom).

Their work was great, and they were very quick - they took about 3 weeks to get the job done. Walter is very kind, and very flexible - we had a few delays (our fault) and he was incredibly accommodating. We already hired Walter to paint and recaulk the bathtub of another rental unit we have, and we will definitely hire him again.

Walter is an incredible and skillful worker… everything from plumbing, electrical, tiling and finishes were done professionally and to my satisfaction.

They were on time with the delivery and always very respectful. Some of the work was meticulous and Walter and his team did and excellent job.

I’ve been recommending them a lot and looking forward to many more projects with them!

Wow what a great job Renovation & Care has finished to my kitchen. My Kitchen project was renovated in a very professional manner. I have been showing off my Kitchen to my neighbors and have recommended Walter to them.
