We hired Walter and his company to renovate our 2 bedroom condo - they began the work in August 2021 and finished in September 2021. They redid all of our floors (a combination of tiling in the bathroom, luxury vinyl in the main areas, and herringbone style tile in the entryway and second bathroom), completely gutted our primary bathroom and re-did it, and installed a pantry into our kitchen (built it into the wall / back half of a closet in the 2nd bedroom). Their work was great, and they were very quick - they took about 3 weeks to get the job done. Walter is very kind, and very flexible - we had a few delays (our fault) and he was incredibly accommodating. We already hired Walter to paint and recaulk the bathtub of another rental unit we have, and we will definitely hire him again.
