Would not recommend grey rock to anyone! Terrible customer service, doesnt respond to messages or voicemails! Ended up with a blue roof on my garage because they only use owens Corning shingles even though the house had IKO Harvard Slate on it the year prior, which was caused by terrible samples they brought that didnt show the blue granuals on them! Was a solution to the shingle Colors brought up before signing the satisfaction that was suppose to be met the year after but isnt happening due to no response from messages or voicemails left and no replies! If your going to use anyone around Innisfail and surrounding area I do not recommend this company! Pick a local and trusted company that will do a better job and have better customer service!

Phil came to my house due to some moisture getting into my house. When he arrived, I felt very comfortable knowing he took my safety seriously during our pandemic. He did not just wear a mask, he wore a full respirator mask, gloves and was very conscious of his every move.

He assessed my situation in detail, was very thorough and determined that the issue was not serious and gave me step by step instructions how to resolve it. He did not "over sell" me. He had integrity and talked me through my needs.

Phil asked me to keep him updated and assured me he would be there to step me through anything I needed.

We initially contacted GreyRock Exteriors for assistance with assessing damages to our home following a substantial hail storm. We had been referred by neighbours who had previous repairs completed by the company. They were very happy with the workmanship and provided us with a contact for Jason, the company’s Senior Project Manager. Jason responded immediately and was willing to provide us with a free estimate in spite of how busy they must have been with all of the necessary repairs in our area. Within days, we had a quote and Jason talked us through the process of dealing with our insurance company. He was incredibly patient as we were forced to wait for our insurance adjuster to give the go ahead to start the process.
When the work on our home finally commenced, Jason came out to allow us to select our new roof colour and walk us through what we could expect over the next couple of weeks. In the time that the roofing crew was present, my husband and I could not have been more pleased. We were informed regularly on the status of our roof as well as the arrival and departure times for the work crew. All of the gentleman we encountered were incredibly polite and considerate during the repair process and each day when they left, the areas around our home were left spotless with the transformation of our roof being the only indicator that they had been there. As a tradesman, my husband was incredibly impressed with the level of care the crew showed to our home. We were also grateful for the kindness the work crew showed to our large dogs who will likely miss all of the attention they received.
Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and efficient are words I would use to describe this company. Our completed repairs look amazing and we could not be more thankful to Jason and his crew for their exceptional work. Without any reservation we would highly recommend GreyRock’s services to anyone requiring exterior work on their home.

I am a construction litigation lawyer and have seen both good and bad examples of contractors in my practice on major and minor construction jobs. Greyrock Exteriors and particularly its General Manager, Phil were outstanding. Despite weather issues and other setbacks out of Greyrock’s control, we are very happy with the outcome. It is not often when I have encountered a contractor who was on top of issues before I needed to ask. I give Greyrock and Phil my highest recommendation. If you want the joy done right, hire them.
