Hi Five understands "customer service", which is the big key to building trust with a contractor. My clattering old bathroom exhaust fan needed upgrading, and I registered my request my HomeStars. Mike responded immediately (and was extremely patient as I dragged my feet during the ensuing weeks). He kept in regular contact via e-mail to confirm dates and timing, remembering the cardinal rule of Never Leave The Customer Hanging. The job itself was theoretically easy; remove the existing unit and simply pop in the new one from inside the bathroom. In reality, it was far from easy, requiring Mike to work inside the aptly named attic crawl space full of blown-in insulation. The fan was eventually installed and tested to my satisfaction. The team was diligent in cleaning up any mess resulting from enlarging the ceiling hole and tracking escaping insulation material. (They're welcome to clean the rest of my house with that same attention to detail!)

Lynn, was a pleasure to work with she has an eye for detail so we complement each other which made the process easier. She had a few tricks and helpful hints and ideas which I will never forget.
