Mike reached out to me the next day when I requested for the removal & installation of our toilet on our main floor. He was very accommodating, he came in within a week and charged a fair price. Our old toilet was leaking, he removed it & explained what the problem was. He said that the flang was cracked & needed to be replaced. He was patience with our questions about the job & was very knowledgeable. After the job was completed my wife & I had a great conversation with him about other renovations that we were planning to do in the future.
