Staff responded to email in 20 minutes.
Dimitri the technician arrived next day.
Diagnosed the problem( faulty circuit board) and made the repair. He explained everything. Professional. Polite. Courteous. Excellent service.
Highly recommend and we will use Smile HVAC going forward for all our home heating and cooling needs.

Had Lennox air conditioner installed recently by Smile HVAC. Service was fast, neat and professional. Valery and Genadi did a great job. Highly recommended!

Had a major leak from our hot water tank and needed to replace tank. Contacted Smile HVAC due to its great reviews. Called in the afternoon and was very pleased that could set up an appt within a few hours to have our hot water tank replaced at a very reasonable price. Our 20 year old gas hot water heater started leaking.
We called Smile HVAC and they dispatched Dimitre right away.
He determined the old tank had to be replaced and offered a
choice between another, similar hot water tank and a tankless
water heater, explained the difference, pros/cons, prices, etc.
We agreed on the tankless option
Valery, Manmath, An, and Tony arrived at the agreed time and two hours
later the old tank was gone, and the new, tankless was installed and running
like a charm. They were, at all times, professional and courteous, They
consulted us on the location of the new unit and were responsive to our
questions etc. We are super happy with the new heater, the installation
and the service altogether.

Not only do we recommend them highly, we are repeat customers. They have
previously replaced our furnace and on another occasion, our A/C unit. We
sought them out for this job.

Would we use them again? Absolutely.

The best company that I have ever come across. It started with the initial phone call. I talked with Riya about a replacement water heater, and she listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided exactly what I needed in terms of pricing and quality, without any extra hidden costs at the end. The technicians Valery and Manmath were very courteous and professional in their work. Valery took his time to explain what they were doing and any precautions that needed to be taken. He also pointed out how the previous contractor didnt properly cap an old vent pipe that didnt meet the code requirement. He rectified it so that it did comply with code. I was very impressed with everything from start to finish.
